I'm not going to do measurements for this. I put this arm on and it is too snugged for me. It's soft as it is tight on me. And I gave myself 1 inch space for movement too and it's still tight. I'm going to try the duck tape dummy method tomorrow once I find a volunteer to tape me up and cut me out.
