She assists Yue Xia Lao by flying around and connecting destined lovers with her magical red string. Those connected are destined for each other and only the gods and those like Qiang can break this bond.

At this age she is care free and loves helping people find their soulmates. She is about 2000 years old here. (Though for the sake of giving her a real age we will say she's like a 12 year old.)
