Pat is a MtoF transgender who goes to the same school as Christine. Pat is athletic, but also quiet and shy, often isolating herself from others. Despite being a girl at heart, Pat is unfortunately prone to the needs of her male parts, forcing her to find ways to conceal them when her urges kick in. Pat is friends with Christine, who supplies her with fluffy diapers to wear.
