Here's the bug at 100% crop. You can clearly see the hairs on his legs which are invisable to the naked eye. So yeah...

I might post a 100% crop photo from my phone and other pocket cameras I have lying around so you can see the difference. Finding another colorful dragonfly this willing to let me take a photo up close and personal however... would be rather difficult to find...
