This is my submission as a fan of JJBA. I've followed the manga since it came out in america, and now I'm reading the rest online. So far I've gotten to part 4 and I fully intend to keep going. The anime and OVA of part 3 is also pretty awsome.

The tiger is Tai, a restless youth who sees the world a bit differently than us. The figure behind him is his Stand, Canvas. Within Canvas' arms are gallons of "paint," each with it's own effect. The effect depends on the color and who it's used on. Canvas can either shoot the paint out the canisters on his arms or use the paint on himself to gain extra power. When using the paint one himself, it will travel along the white lines on Canvas' body and into his hair.

Red paint turns into flames on enemies, while it can increase "ferocity" if used on himself.
Blue paint turns into water and ice, or can make him more "fluid," able to counter whatever comes at him.
Yellow for wind, can blow away opponents or make himself faster and jump great heights.
Green paint makes plants grow on whatever it hits, entangling the enemy.
Brown paint can harden quickly, encasing the enemy in stone, or can make himself physically stronger.
Gray is the color of metal, this paint can turn into a variety of things; weapons, tools, or a protective coat.
