Hmmm... I think the fact that Jack was traditionally too poor to afford food without selling the family's only cow, I doubt he'd have in his possession -any- kind of weapon, much less a nuclear laser rifle. But I could be wrong! XD

It's all about who you know, not what you can afford. Bringing me proof of such a large beanstalk would garner some major attention from myself and I wouldn't hesitate to go up with him and do the dirty work in exchange for...hows 1 out of every 5 eggs the goose lays sound? If the Goose turns out to be false and there is no money to be made from the trip I would still consider it a valuable experience and not charge the boy for coming along.
