Very beautiful. Your subtle details make this picture so lovely. :) From the feathers, which are just bright enough to draw the eye, to the subtle shades in the fur, to those bright yellow eyes, it's a beautiful picture. :)

Very nice. I like the quiet and still of the background with the break of his breath. Simple things like that are really pleasing to my eye. The brush strokes through the fur are really interesting to look at also.

I agree with another commenter that the highlighting on the feathers is masterly; also on the fur of the muzzle and nape. And I could lose myself in that amber eye. That's a really beautiful picture. I applaud you!

Kinda! Somewhat waxy, as if the feather deposited these little jewels naturally during its growth. It is inspired by Cedar Waxwings, which have bright red waxy blobs on their feather shafts. It is fascinating!

Once again you've done a brilliant piece of work. Unlike everyone else, though, I don't really think I like how bright the eyes are (I feel so bad, critiquing your work when my own is so horrible in comparison, lol).
