The Victorian feel is very well presented in this picture. I got it from the picture before reading the description. The "villainous" look certainly can be taken from this, but as romanticized as the era often is portrayed, there were probably a lot of the truly good folks with the darker look.
Of course, I could just be a rat easily led astray by a lynx's smile and clean well dressed look. But I make no assumptionms about his intentions from just this one, very well done picture. :)

Thank you very much! It helped with the Victorian bits that the person told me exactly what he wanted - it's almost hard to not look the part when you're dressed right!
Heh, you're right - a lot of people may look pretty sketchy, or even act it, but end up being really good people. However, I believe this fellow is true to his looks - I don't know much about his character, but I believe he's supposed to be some sort of criminal mastermind :o
