The myth of Minotaur fascinated me ever since I was a little kid. I felt a strong connection to the character in my teenage years. Lost in the emotional maze, unsure of who I am, trying to find my way out. So, the figure of minotaur/bull became my personal totem back then, sort of. When I discovered the furry fandom, the choice of my fursona was quite obvious, consequently.
Not sure if I found my way out at all, but today, I'm carrying a torch at least.

Wonderfully said. And i must say the connection one has with a past experience or story can really define someone if they admire it to such a degree. I was always fascinated by Indian heritage and how they had such a deep connection with Mother Earth and spirit animals. Suffice to say that my Cherokee heritage (though it is Loosely related to me, I still consider myself as having Indian blood to an extent), was honestly a good portion as to why I eventually decided to choose a Wolf as my character. I love dogs anyway, but I find their root species to be absolutely stunning in their own right.
