So one of my bestest buddies on Furcadia, 
Captain-Chase had a birthday recently and I knew it was coming up but I couldn't for the life of me think of a single damn thing to draw until the day OF her birthday. Inspired I came home and started working on this baby. I sketched all night and ended up doing a partial lineart on it before my hand was officially cramped to hell and I was super tired. I finished the lineart after a well deserved rest.
I thought the lineart would look a lot softer if I used colored lines instead of black, so since Poyo is kinda golden-brownish I did it's lines in dark brown. Chase's fur is white so I did her lines in a light shade of grey, her hair and bow in pink and the glasses are done in a silvery-gray. I also left the original sketch lines beneath the lineart so it could act as a bit of shading, particularly on the furry bits of Chase's body and definitely on the hair.
Anyway, I also put some flat color on this bad boy so look forward to that in my next upload! Also! I may or may not go back and re-color the lines in black or grey so that it's neutral and make it available for anyone that would like to color it... I'll think about it, if anyone's interested let me know.~
