This is "Juggernaut," or Jugg. He's a Pikachu. He was part of a top-secret project headed by the top Team Rocket scientists to create a team of ultimate fighting machines, but something happened and Jugg and six other experimental Pokemon escaped the secret facility where the experiments were taking place.
Thanks to the constant experiments done on him, Jugg can no longer discharge enough electricity to use electric attacks (except on rare occasions), and thanks to a freak accident, his left arm was severed. The scientists quickly replaced it with a mechanical one which can be transformed into a combat knife, and a hybrid blaster. The blaster is powered by what little electrical charge he has left in his body.
Just thought I should get some practice with GIMP after I haven't used it in forever. This was an old pic I drew about a year ago, and I went over it with GIMP (didn't use a tablet since I'm broke).
Also, I think I did okay with the shading.
