Actually, Dragon Boat racing is srs bzns. The American Dragon Boat Association will be happy to describe in great detail the exacting specifications. So while it is all in great fun and sport, it's still a finely executed race. The flag catcher on a boat does exactly this, laying on the dragon's head and reaching out as far as possible. It's unusual to see one hanging off the side, but that's what makes this one more fun with his tongue hanging out and that little extra inch of reach.

As for the cross-eyed wolf there, well I can't say much about that. :)

The logo on the flag is actually the logo for the festival I am involved with in Minnesota.

For what I gave him, Ryoken pulled off another outstanding piece! I do love his creativity with fun stuff like this.
