Luckily I didn't use up much space to do the one of filling.
Next after doing the one of her strolling around I still had free space so I did the one of her touching herself.
She can be filled with whatever you like.

Hey, great job!
I think there is a disturbing lack of "Fluttershy wanting to look pregnant, not matter how" stuff in the Internet.
The picture doesn't look bad at all, but I would tell you that the wings should be bigger (but not mind me, I'm pretty terrible at drawing them by myself).
Keep working those pencils!
