Finally got an idea of how to handle Cadance, to go with the Celestia and Luna pics. The final one will be Twilight.
Obviously took some artistic license--since she apparently has actual hair, instead of a cloud floating around her head, I decided to try to go for a bit more realism there, while still having her hair mostly stay together in a mass. I also added sparklies, even tho she doesn't have them--just couldn't resist.

If you mean the blue outlining, it probably does look a little odd, but I wanted to be consistant with how I handled Celestia and Luna, where I used gold and blue respectively to match the glow emitting from their horns. Cadance's horn glows blue so she ended up with blue outlining on a pink horn. Oh well =P
