FWIW, I kind of like the greens the most, particularly the plain. I can't really put into words why, I just know they seem to work better, for me.

Of course, I'm probably not your target audience, so relying on my opinion might not be the best of ideas.

Intense purple, plain green, and muted purple, in that order. The other thing to consider with stained glass is where it's going - the room plays a part too. I'd do the plain green one, for example, in a very well lit room, nice and open - to me it almost seems a stand alone piece. The other two colors, while very pretty, I think would need to be part of something else, the color needing to be thematic in some way. But I know nothing about stained glass other than I really like it, so take anything I say with a few grains of salt. :D
