I'm not sure why it's only for this picture, but the guy on the left (our left, that is) sort of looks like a guy with a photograph of a wolf's head pasted over his head.
Not that that's a bad thing, of course. It just means that a. Sometimes you make animal heads that almost look like photographs and b. this picture now reminds me of the music video for Strict Machine.

Also, on close inspection, the angle of the shoulders are a lot sharper than most peoples'. Actually, your icon provides a rather good reference. Just look at the picture at http://omg.yahoo.com/blogs/celeb-ne.....213111934.html. A person like Matt Damon has shoulders that angle down rather sharply, while the pencil-necked dude on the right has proportions like your icon, which is closet to an upside down T.
