Te'mos Valac, Turian "Spiritbinder".

This unique turian was granted the ability to predict one possible 'good' future for his people, as seen through visions. This is a future and outcome that can only be met through the careful culling of every chaotic 'spirit' that interferes with this desired future for his people. Each person that pushes the spirits towards chaos must be executed, and his spirit commended back to the legion.

Te'mos job as Spiritbinder is to find those persons and execute them in ceremonial fashion, and with as much care as possible. Valac offers them the choice to be hanged, beheaded, or their throat slashed. Te'mos eases their passing by offering his spiritual or sexual services to the victim, making it less traumatic if at all possible for the 'spirit'

Being biotic, he uses his powers to "dominate" minds of those unwilling (See: Morinth), making his job fairly easy unless they themselves are biotics.

He is highly spiritual, concerned only with his people, and the spirits of the legion.
