I used underarmor for any and all my costumes or cosplays, I bought at goodwill, carefully hot-glued them on my DTD (duck tape dummy) to the fabric.
The dummy is and exact size of my body
And no, not tight at all. Its actually very comfortable, I can move around easily with out any part of it being snug.
