GO SEE PACIFIC RIM. It was so pretty :,3 and ummm.. the Kaiju are really awesome. Almost as awesome as the BADASS JAEGERS. What a pretty movie.
No you do not go see films like Pacific Rim expecting the sophistication of The Godfather and Citizen Kane.

hmmm how to write this.. I shall begin with this is an awesome picture :D and pacific rim does rock. However if you went and only noticed the big fight scenes and the flashy effects you missed a lot of the movie what with the storylines about the lives of the humans living in this world of horror. So many people complain about the story not being Shakespearean greatness but you don't go for that but there is a story there that is to be enjoyed. O.O oh also stay for the credits awesome scene about mid way through.

And I freaking loved the movie to the ends of the Earth. God I love mechs. I was raised on robots, my first game was Mechwarrior, I watched Battlebots as a kid, I played with them growing up, I've built them. THOSE JAEGERS WERE GORGEOUS! MECH MECH MECH MECH MECH MECH MECH MECH MECH!

Excellent description, it did my head in the amount of people who moaned that this film didnt have complex character development or people dealing with daddy issues or love triangles or whatever, there's enough of that in real life. I want to see movies of things i cant see in real life, like bad ass robots beating the crap out of bad ass monsters :D
