The one in the render is based on the model I own, the Moog/Big Briar Etherwave. Prices have gone up since I got mine, but still... is cool. :)
My best advice is to pick up either DAZ's Millennium Mike, or The Freak. There's Renderosity.com and daz3d.com and contentparadise.com ... I don't know whether you could find a free one, but you might.
