More neat things from my personal museum!
This is a tenth century Byzantine Greek Fire grenade.
It is an original. Greek Fire was unrefined naptha, the napalm of its day!
Folks have been chucking hurtful things at one another for ages.
Naptha occurs naturally in and around Greece. It was loaded into clay vessels such as this,
A cloth wick was set ablaze, then thrown. And the fun ensued.
It has been suggested that the Oracle at Delphi (the temple of which sits above natural naptha seeps) got her visions fron sniffing a bit too much naptha fumes.
So there you have it! History and enetertainment! Can you stand it?

Yeah right, more like the unlawful CIA/Military *laughs* in war, law and command structure do not mean shit. The only objective is to defeat your opponent and survive.
