Why not?
Dwarves have the capacity on making such a thing, it only needed a Chaos Druid to complete it, if the Druid learned from the Metal Dragons that exist.
In my opinion this dragon is strong, even against magic. Since it has steam power, fire and water spells have less of an effect on it.
No wings to it, who said all dragons have wings? In it's place Steam Exhaust. Which will look like wing if really "Steamed".
1st time I enter a competition. A steam dragon I had in mind for years, and since I been pondering about adamant dragons and up. Seems a great time for the Dwarf Quest.
