slickitzy inked this cute piece Saturday (inks are here) and graciously permitted me to color it. It’s my first coloring of another artist’s linework and my first use of layer masks. I took the liberty of adding the tooth to enhance Secret’s expression.

(EDIT 2013.07.15 2329h: Oopsie. I miscolored the button on the top of Penny’s hat, and we both forgot the white band. Fixed now.)

Here we see Secret knocked back on his heels by the smooch Penny just planted on his cheek. For the rest of the day, Chief wondered why Secret had his collar turned up higher than usual.
