Hey there folks! =D Here's the next of my forays into the 6th gen!
This is the second of two character's I'll be posting up. The first is linked bellow.

Like with her brother this is further experiments with my ref sheet style... and hands! I DREW HANDS!!! TIS A SIGN OF THE END OF DAYS!!!
Anyway her bio will follow bellow but first a disclaimer...
ALL ITEMS IN THIS BIO ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE PENDING FURTHER INFO ON THE 6TH GEN BEING RELEASED. THIS IS MERELY THE ROUGH, BASIC IDEA FOR THE CHARACTER AND SMALL TRAITS OR DETAILS MIGHT CHANGE IN THE FINAL DRAFT. DETAILS SUCH AS ATTACKS AND MISCELLANEOUS INFO WILL ALSO FOLLOW IN THE FINAL DRAFT.

Name: Kelsey
Gender: Female
Species: Pangoro
Age: 22
From an early age Kelsey was always an incredibly aggressive girl, getting into fights with other kids as early as age 5. She wasn’t bad or intentionally mean… she was just always agitated and her usual solution to deal with most problems was “Hit it enough times till it’s not a problem anymore” or some variation thereof. She eventually learned how to deal with problems in other ways but she always maintained an incredibly blunt and straight forward approach to anything she had to handle and still had issues keeping her temper in check as well as relating to other people since she had trouble with empathy.
This was part of her problem when it came to her little brother. She actually has always cared deeply about Joey… but when it came to expressing it she didn’t have a clue. Due to her rather complex honor system she couldn’t relate to Joey in any of her usual ways (aka fighting him) so she opted to try and be close and affectionate to him… which went horrible since it ended up partially crippling his self-confidence since she teased and taunted him constantly even when genuinely trying to be a good big sister. Despite this she always looked out for him and scared off anyone she found trying to pick on him as well as taught him various things.
As for her personal life went she was actually widely known in their home city, being the leader of a gang of girls from her school (Akin to the Japanese Sukeban) as well as being a widely feared street brawler and having single handedly ended several fights between her gang and others. She operated by a very strict “Gang Code of Honor” in all these fights that usually kept her from being caught or anyone squealing on her. The other members of her gang were her best friends and secondary family as well, being some of the few people to see her cheerful affectionate side outside her immediate family. Even when they graduated and left high school Kelsey and her girls stayed close and in contact
Then Joey’s accident happened and her life was turned upside down. Part of her code had been to never hurt another brawler bad enough hospitalization was needed so she never could have imagined something like this and she definitely didn’t have any clue how to deal with it. In particularly this made her realize how small and fragile her baby brother was compared to her, causing her to worry about actually harming him. When he finally got home she treated him with kid gloves and as gently as she could, going out of her way to try and help and make him feel comfortable and safe such as ensuring he was in clean diapers, spending more time with him, and offering to KILL the kids tormenting him at school (a breach of her code but still they were making her baby brother miserable, she still doesn’t understand why he turned the offer down).
Finally when she was informed of Joey’s transfer she offered to go with him to keep watch over him and help take care of him (since he didn’t know how to cook and was poor at changing his own diapers). Soon enough the two had arrived in Viridian where they’re staying in a small apartment paid for with their parents money… for the moment. Kelsey is currently trying to get into the local battle leagues to put her skills at fighting to use and in the meantime she’s working as a bouncer for a few local bars to help supplement the money their parents send. All the while trying to do her best to keep an eye on Joey to make sure he’s okay.

Alright.
Because, maybe he's instructed with getting some pancham who "cheated death" or "we got mixed up and killed the wrong person that wasn't supposed to die so now your gonna get the soul we originally wanted you to get" and he tries to get Joey....leading to untold amounts of hilarious- especially if they cannot see him or know he's there?
