Not bad, but I always suggest to up and coming artist, it's ok to start off using reference to get your grounding when you first start trying to draw, but always try to change something up in the drawing (an arm, leg, slight alteration of the pose). You'll learn faster how to get the training wheels off faster and be able to better draw on your own.
