Oh I love a good noir movie/show so now i'm starting to wonder what a story like this would be about. Does the killer leave behind a balloon as a calling card? Does he kill his/her victims with it? Maybe even a plot about a balloon vendor killed over his/her past? Might make for some interesting moments.
For the picture I would have to say that it looks exactly like those old movie posters you would see at the cinema and the style you chose for the font compliments it well. The balloon looks abit odd to me but the other characters fit in with their looks and attire.
