Jessica knight is a serious firearms user, but her real passion is for motor vehicles. Especially automobiles and motorcycles. Here we see her with one of her pride and joys, her 1998 Buell S1 White Lightning which she has named Lancelot.
This piece is from my Long Torso era and was another example why I find it necessary to sweat the details in a piece. I only had a couple small photos at the time to work from, and since this was only the third motorcycle I'd ever done as a finished piece at that time I made several mechanical booboos. Fortunately I had someone politely take me aside and pointed out lever A's relation was to widget B ans since then I've gotten better. Image size 11"x 14". Medium color pencil with some marker, gouache and micron pen.
