I do, but I'm still major crap at armatures, and as such have not been making a huge amount of work in that medium.

I have, yes, in my second modeling/animation course. It's great if you want to make something with a common base (human, etc.), but I was frustrated by it's lack of ability to make fresh new models from scratch, which is where I then discovered ZBrush. : D I made a fish man out of a bust base - I think I may have submitted it here, but I'll have to look.
Hehe, all I remember about my first foray into ZB was "No! what are you doing! Stop rotating! I dont want---damnit!" and part of the model was now either upside down or inside out
Honestly, wish I could have found classes for any of these at my university; would have been great fun.
