Was given a couple of Cape Shelducks to raise since apparently the zoo doesn't know what the hell they're doing when it comes to birds in general. I'm so in love with them lol, it almost killed me when I put them in the waterfowl aviary and found out they had indeed imprinted.

It took about about 10 days to get from their first feathers to the point you see them in the bottom pic (those pictures are from hatching, to juvenile about 65 days later)

I love the little zebra chicks these things have lol.
