What you see here is a little montage showing different angles of the hands of the HyperImmobile Model at their very later stage.
At this stage, I've finished detailing these hands in a program called Mudbox; As you can see, I've went into a very high level of detail where I've added skin pores, all the folds and skin details you'll generally see on hands, even digits are there.
I've as well added hints of stretch marks here and there, if you can spot them. ( click on the image to see more details)
I unfortunately didn't find any screenshots of WIP in Mudbox, but what you see here, is a high quality view, ( not a render) in Maya with Normal maps and an early spec map applied to the model.
