What you see here is a little montage showing different angles of the feet of the HyperImmobile Model at their very later stage.
At this stage, I've finished detailing these feet in a program called Mudbox; As you can see, I've went into a very high level of detail where I've added skin pores, all the folds and skin details you'll generally see on feet , even digits are there.
I've as well added hints of stretch marks here and there, if you can spot them. ( click twice on the image to see more details)
As I explained in the last image of the feet, the idea is to exaggerate this bloated and engulfing feel, as if everything is getting sucked in a huge glowing mass while those elements themselves are getting larger over time.
I unfortunately didn't find any screenshots of WIP in Mudbox, but what you see here, is a high quality view, ( not a render) in Maya with Normal maps and an early spec map applied to the model.
