This is a commission which I did for Katie, Who loves the sun and the water, So I did this design for her with her Favorite colors. Yes it is bright the reason for this is she is standing in the suns light where the sun is pouring out over her while she stares off into the sky. Happy birthday Katie. Hope you enjoy it. Though she is ranting behind me that she loves it.
