I honestly think that the ivory provides a much nicer contrast :3 It really makes the details and features pop.

the green one will make your belly scales pop.

I suggest Ivory. The contrast between the two accents the shape of the figure where as the scales themselves being made of differnt - shiny?- material will stand out on their own, you dont want the costume too black and white. also I think wavy would be nice as dreads dont seem to suit the character's face and features very well. she seems smoother and sweeter rather than rough and tough

though a headband of a darker/richer color like blue or purple would provide a nice break between the hair and horns if the hair was wavy - seeing as the colors are so close to eachother the shape would make it seem like the horns melt into the hair

Changing the uh... reflectivity? Shininess? of the belly scales was my plan all along, actually! Initially I was using a stretchy vinyl, but that proved to be awfully sweaty in prototyping. (It did look really, really good, though.) The more I look at it, the more I'm leaning towards ivory/wavy hair, and I think your input seals it. Thanks for taking the time to reply, dude. (I never thought of a purple headband, I bet that'd look nice!)

np, so sad the vynal didnt work out it looks so good. will you still be making tails with it? you could always put a backing to it too - removable for washing purposes ^_^

Eh, I'd rather keep it simple. I'll just use a shinier spandex than I'm using for the body. I'll totally keep using it for tails, though 'cuz it looks so dang neat.
