but you're not allowed to sell it for more than what you paid for it.

Oecin is a custom breed. They're a bit like a lamia or naga, but they have striped ears and yellowish nails + sclera. They live mostly in swamps and have a tough time breathing out of water. Their diets include small fish, frogs, turtles, lizards.
This is a common Oecin ,but the more 'royal' Oecin have golden designs on their collar and tail.
[Do NOT make your own Oecin. I may open up custom designs later.]

Once you adopt it I will send you the fullsize chibi without watermark.
