I also call it "Rainbow Vomit Tail". If it had any more colors we would all be blind!
Seriously though...
I made this tail in the part week. It is 100% yarn with a clip to attach it to anything. The length is over a foot and a half (4.4cm), very soft and very puffy. There are neon colors that also show under UV lights. ^^
