This story is the one that gave me the original idea for doing the call to get people to write short stories and putting them together. A series of little blurbs about scenes at the Home Coming dance that happened. Normally I like to give creators heads-up about what happens to their characters but it'd take longer to get it to everyone than to just post it, so I hope everyone forgives me for using their characters. And I hope I did them all justice as I probably could have found ways to get even more 'mon in, but I wanted to cap it at 10 pages in Word. To those I didn't fit in, I appologize.

“Yes, sir. I’ll have her back by eleven at the latest,” Homecoming night had finally come for the PCA as the Fightin’ Primapes had pulled out a win against their vaunted rival, the Viridian Preparatory Academy Granbulls earlier in the evening. The students, faculty and alumni who’d attended were all abuzz over the victory and school spirit was as high as it’d been in some time. Students scrambled to get everything ready for the next stage of the annual ritual: the Homecoming Dance!
“Don’t mind my dad,” Edna “Eddie” Nochtmon settled into the passenger seat of her date’s car and did her best to soothe his apprehension over finally meeting her father, “he’s just protective of me since I’m all that he really has as a family,” Eddie knew she’d draw a few looks for the outfit she was wearing, which was a suit that was sharp enough to arguably be nicer looking than the ‘mon she was going with.
“Still felt like he was sizing me up,” said the date, Vincent Tellamapolou. He pushed his keys into the ignition and started up his small car and drove them back towards the Academy to get to the dance. Vince himself was dressed up a little more formally than he had for the New Years dance, having skipped over his island suit in favor of something a little more subdued, though still quite nice.
“Well he was,” She admitted with a shrug before she patted him on the arm, “He’s a Flareon and you’re a water type. He’s going to be a little nervous,”
“And you being an Umbreon probably doesn’t help,” Vince sighed as they waited at a red light, his fingers drummed lightly on the steering wheel which showed he was still nervous about things. This was his first dance since middle school where he’d gone with someone other than Tabitha and he wasn’t sure if he was doing everything right. Figuring out the weakness on a Hardened and Defense Curled Graveler was easy, dating was hard.
“It’ll be fine,” she continued to comfort him. A moment later she tilted her head and looked up towards his eyes, “You’re not regretting this are you?”
“Not on your life,” he barked out with a laugh, “I’m really looking forward to tonight,” He smiled down at her, drawing the same in response before the two settled in and continued towards their destination.
One of the side gymnasiums had been set up to host the dance along with a retro theme befitting of the idea of homecoming. Several streamers and balloons were set up along with a few props to reflect the old campus not to far away. It was the occupants of the Ghost Tower in fact who’d been responsible for the design and decorations for the dance, something they’d been more than happy to do. As a reward for having helped out with it they’d also been granted the right to be the warm up band before the special guests of the evening came out to play.
The dance was slow to fill up at first as many ‘mon showed up late due to the game. Even though the dance was scheduled for a decently early hour the Pokeball match had gone long and no one wanted to leave the stands other than those that were more interested in showing off their dress than the final score. Others had skipped the game all together and were milling about as they waited for the party to really get started. Team Nightmare was up on stage to warm up as Team Bistro set out the refreshments. It looked like everything had come together and that the dance should go off without much of a hitch.
“Do you always have to wear that same get up?” asked Krissy, a young Flareon who’d come to the dance dressed in a rather elegant golden dress that complimented her fur quite well. She stood across from her date with her arms crossed as one foot tapped.
“Do you always have to ask me that question whenever we go to a dance?” Ryuen her Espeon counterpart responded, taking the same stance and smiled towards her. He was dressed rather formally if a bit oddly with a classic long coat buttoned up to his throat.
“I just don’t know what I’m going to do with you!” She gave an overly exaggerated sigh as if all this was putting her out.
“Be thankful when that horde of vampire Zubats finally descends on the town and I’m able to protect you?” Ryuen quickly countered as he wiggled his eyebrows at her. Krissy finally lost it and laughed, reaching out to fondly touch his arm.
“Come on, let’s go get some punch before someone tries to spike it,” she told him. Ryuen reached out and gallantly offered an arm to escort her towards the refreshments.
“My lady,” he said in response. Krissy giggled again and took his arm as they walked off. Almost unknowingly to them their tails snaked around one another causing more than a few other students to watch and wonder about those two. Meanwhile near the door another couple walked in to the dance as more and more students started to make their way in. The gentlemon Persian walked in and looked dressed to the nines in his favorite, if only, tuxedo. His date, a young and unsure looking Flareon wearing a very modest orange dress, looked far less sure.
“We never really had anything like this back at my old school,” the young lady, one Ashleigh Ferraro, said as he looked about the gymnasium. She clutched at the arm of her date as they walked in, still getting a feel for the school as well as meeting all the new people that came with transferring mid-term. Her date Edward “Eddie” Bischoff Junior laughed quietly and patted her hand reassuringly.
“You got nothing to worry about, hun,” He assured her as the two looked around. Eddie looked as if he were on cloud nine at the moment, and was certainly hoping for a better turnout than what happened at the last dance he’d attended. He was thankful that his tux was getting another work out as well since it’d cost him so much.
“I know,” she admitted, “just also the first time I’d ever gone to a dance with a date,” Eddie looked at her in surprise at that.
“You mean no one ever asked you out before?” He still couldn’t believe something like that could happen. Then again one could argue he was also quite biased about it all.
“No, that’s happened before,” slowly she started to calm down as they walked in further. Everyone there so far seemed friendly as a few people that knew Eddie waved to him in greeting, “Just never been to a dance before,”
“Well then,” Eddie suddenly spun her and dipped the Flareon, causing Ashleigh to “Eep!” in surprise, “I’m just going to have to make sure that the whole thing is memorable for you,” she giggled in response.
“I suppose that works,” Ashleigh said as she was straightened. The two headed over to where pictures were being taken to get in ahead of the rush they knew was coming soon. Indeed about an hour later the gymnasium began to fill up as more and more students made their way into the dance. Team Nightmare continued to play up on the stage for their hour long set even though few of the students were dancing to the music. It certainly wasn’t their performance so much as the trepidation that many students had about dancing in anything but a crowd. Eventually the band gave their thanks for being allowed to perform and made their way off stage as music was piped in over the loudspeaker before the next band was to come on.
“My tie on straight?” One student who’d finally made their way into the dance asked his date. Rupert Snales had played a big part in the final play that won the Primapes the game which had made him later than he’d wanted to be. Several other students were also congratulating him on a job well done by patting him on the back or calling out to him. His date laughed quietly and reached out to adjust it one last time.
“It looks fine, Rupert,” Marie Allmon, the young lady he was escorting, assured him before taking his arm, “I don’t see how you can be so nervous here and be so calm on the Pokeball field,” she knew she was using the term calm loosely.
“Yeah, Bro!” his best friend Kenjiro “Kreep” Kuozu echoed, “chill out and enjoy yourself tonight, ‘mon!” at Kreep’s arm was his date, Bliss Tetonics, his Skuntank girlfriend looked ready to enjoy herself that night.
“Yeah, yeah,” Rupert said as they all walked further into the dance, “Just took me two weeks of working for the Sikes to save up for tonight. I wanna make sure everything’s right,” Marie reached out with a wing and patted him gently on the chest.
“You’ve been a perfect gentlemon tonight, Rupert. Don’t worry, I’m having a lot of fun,” Marie’s words soothed the large ‘mon who smiled broadly down at her.
“Couldn’t be anythin’ less for a lady like you,” He countered smoothly, drawing a blush from the Altaria who smiled up at him.
“Looks like they’re ‘bout to reveal who the big band for the night is,” Kreep said, drawing the attention of those around him towards the stage. It was enough to stop Marie and Rupert from smiling at one another and looking up towards where a drum kit and several microphones were set up. Everyone murmured quietly in anticipation wondering if it was going to be someone worthwhile, at least enough to get the school to do something other than get a student DJ to spin songs. Everyone stopped as they watched someone they didn’t expect to, walk up on the stage.
“He-hello everyone!” The voice of young Michi Kerstman said to the gathered, a few of which loudly shouted questions about what he was doing up there, “the b-band asked me to introduce them t-tonight. I, uhh, just want to first…say thanks to them for agreeing to come,” A screeching voice interrupted him a moment later as the band members started to come up on stage.
“Owwwwwwww! Good evening PokeCombat Academy!” The place exploded as they saw Tail Whip, lead singer of the band Vendor Thrash, came out with a mic and his guitar. The Rattata rested an arm around Michi as he stopped and looked out over the cheering students, “Our buddy Michi here asked us if we could play at your Homecoming! Anyone mind?” The cheers resonated through the rafters for the massively popular band assuring them they were welcome here. The other members made their way out, Rollout the Bidoof drummer literally rolling himself out to rest himself behind his kit.
“This first ones for all you then!” With a wail on Scratch the Sentret’s guitar their first song, Ragin’ Mankey of Pain, blasted through the speakers and caused the students to begin dancing together. Michi slowly started to work his way off the stage before he was grabbed by the bass player Headbutt the Zigzagoon and was sent flying into the crowd. The Delibird cried out in surprised but was caught by the students near the stage. Soon he found himself crowd surfing over his fellow students, some of which took a chance to grope the poor guy where and when he least expected. Eventually they settled him down causing him to sigh in relief.
“I love this song!” A voice familiar to Michi yelled in his direction. A moment later he found himself pulled in by a pair of furry, orange arms as Mitzi Fiera the bubbly Growlithe began dancing with the Delibird. The surprise wore off a few moments later as oxygen also began to rush back to his brain once the initial crushing embrace wore off. Michi looked up and it fully dawned on him who he was dancing with, causing the poor guy to flush deeply, though a smile did creep onto his beak.
“Hi Mitzi!” He yelled over the music, “Uhh, you’re not here with a date?” the Growlithe stopped for a moment and looked around.
“I don’t remember,” she answered before looking down at Michi and smiling widely, “Oh well!” pulling him for another crushing hug she started to dance again as if the question didn’t matter. Michi could care less as well as he simply did his best to squirm into a position where his ribs weren’t being broken and enjoyed the moment.
“Their music is…simplistic. But it has a good steady beat to it,” a voice nearby commented as Vendor Thrash continued their set. The comment and voice belonged to Eli, Sneasal Urban Warrior. He stood there dressed in the suit he’d borrow from his date’s brother Hakim and was still adjusting to the idea of having multiple layers on.
“Ya gonna keep talkin’, mon,” Floritt Baez, Dancing Smeargle extraordinaire and his date, started to ask him, “Or ya gonna dance wit meh?” she didn’t give him much of a chance to respond before she took his hand and pulled him towards the dance floor. Eli blinked as she did this and let himself get dragged away. The crowd parted as they saw who was making their way there, no one wanting to get paint on their fancy clothing, and allowed them some room to dance. Flo took advantage of the extra space and winked towards her date before starting a dance.
The dance itself was something most gathered had never seen, but Eli knew what she was doing. He smiled a bit and started to follow her lead as the two began to move in unison. The dance was tribal in origin, the Swiftfoot Tribe specifically. While living with the Baez family Floritt had talked Eli into showing her any dances he might have known from either his or his adopted tribe. Finally relenting the Sneasel had shown the Smeargle a few of them with permission from Twofeathers. The two began to move in rhythm, circling around one another in mirror steps as they continued the ceremony. Not really sure what they were watching most of the students began to clap in time with the drummer for the duo to help give them a better beat. Flo and Eli continued their dance through the song, stopping only when it did to cheers from those around them.
“They sure can shake those cute asses,” Tidot said to the ‘mon to his side and drawing a sigh from her.
“Just make sure Eli doesn’t hear you calling Floritt’s ass cute,” Karon warned him. Somehow she’d drawn duty to watch over the Dragonair to make sure he didn’t cause too much trouble at the dance. Not that he ever found his way into anything he couldn’t get out of but his team was still worried that might change some day.
“What? Doesn’t make me wrong,” he said, huffing a bit in mock indignation that she might accuse him of anything. Karon just rolled her eyes as she crossed her arms.
“Didn’t he already warn you once about it?” She asked to prove a point. Tidot just shrugged in response.
“Actually it was Flo warning me not to say anything about Eli,” he corrected her, “But I don’t think that extended to commenting about how adorable he is in that suit,”
“Riou owes me big time for this,” she muttered to herself in response.
“What was that?” He asked, having missed her comment in the music. Eli and Flo had started another dance and Tidot was cheering them on to do something more intimate.
“Nothing,” she said in response, “Nothing,”
The night continued on through the evening as students continued to pile in. Once word had gotten out about who was playing at the dance several other ‘mon had thrown on some clothes and made their way down. The faculty watched on carefully making sure only students got in, something made difficult by the fact several non-students were trying to make their way in. Luckily for the faculty Professor Magnum had agreed to help chaperone the dance and was using his incredible memory to pick out those that belonged from the common riff-raffs trying to push their way in.
“Dear me, I didn’t think these boys would draw such a crowd,” Miss Morgue, Spiritomb faculty member and guardian of the Ghost Tower, was also working at the front watching over the incoming students. She’d agreed to help out with the dance since Team Nightmare had been allowed to perform and she wanted to show support for her kids.
“Reminds me of the reaction to the bands that came with the Orre Invasion,” Magnum responded as he turned away a pair of kids who weren’t even old enough to attend the school yet drawing several curses.
“I’m afraid I missed out on that, Professor,” Miss Morgue responded as she watched Team Meanies, or at least Anthony, noisily push their way in and towards the crowd near the stage after they entered.
“Mostly over rated ramblings and screechy sound,” He responded before turning away someone who was obviously too old to be there and earning a few threats. A look from Tuscany Plio, Student Body Mamoswine Bodyguard, who was standing near the door and serving as a bouncer dissuaded the ‘mon from pushing his luck and just leaving, “But there were a few gems in there,”
“You’ll have to let me listen to some of them sometime, Professor,” Miss Morgue said with a smile. Magnum nodded and doffed his hat towards the other teacher.
“Would be my pleasure, Miss Morgue,” the two then turned back to the slowly dwindling crowd of incoming students in hopes that it would end soon.
Back inside the party continued to rage as things were taking off. The snacks were also proving to be quite a hit with the students as several took advantage of the rather impressive spread that Team Bistro had prepared for everyone. On occasion some ‘mon or other got the idea that they should spike the punch, and every time they’d get smacked by Lily Umami, Head Chef, before they got the chance. Though she wished someone had asked her to the dance she knew the practice her team had gained from making such a huge variety of dishes would go far in helping them with their eventual goal. One such student who was enjoying the krabby kakes they’d prepared was new to the school, but seemed to be enjoying himself none the less.
“Dude!” Rufus Morris, surfer, called out as he saw two of his friends approach.
“Dude,” Walter Sikes answered in kind.
“Dude!” Libby, DeVito also chimed in on seeing the other surfer.
“Dude?” Walter asked, looking around for Rufus’ date.
“Dude,” He motioned towards the restrooms where Tabitha, his date, had gone to.
“Dude,” Libby nodded and acknowledged the answer for the both of them.
“Dude!” The all heard another voice call behind them and caused the trio to turn. Walking up towards them was Otty, the perpetually confused Buizel, and one of Rufus’ old friends from Sunnyshore.
“Dude!” Rufus called out in return and then motioned towards Walter and Libby, “Dude?”
“Dude!” Otty responded, as he’d met them before at the skate park.
“Dude,” They both said back in greeting. A moment later another Buizel made her way over to where the punch was and pointed towards it.
“Dude?” Jennifer Marine, Surfing Honey, asked the gathered if the punch was any good.
“Dude,” Rufus nodded and gave his approval. Otty blinked and then grinned widely at the hottie.
“Duuuude?” Otty said towards Jenny, checking to see if she wanted to dance. She giggled and shook her head and pointed over towards someone.
“Dude,” Jenny responded and winked at him, though Otty still looked crestfallen at being turned down. She grabbed two cups of punch before heading back to where she’d come from.
“Dude,” Rufus told Otty emphatically, assuring him that everything would be okay. The Buizel nodded before smiling.
“Dude!” He responded showing he was okay.
“What the hell was that all about?” Kody Dakota, Team Leader and Sandshrew, asked Jenny as she made her way back with the punch. Jenny took a drink and looked over her shoulder at the other surfers.
“Dude,” Was her response, drawing a scowl from Kody and sending Jenny into giggle fits.
“Looks like they’re getting ready to announce the homecoming court,” the Buizel quickly said to change the subject. Sure enough Vendor Trash had stepped, or rolled, off the stage in order to catch a quick breather so they could announce the Home Coming king and queen. A few students catcalled about bringing the band back out but soon fell silent to thanks to glares from some of the other students. Out on the stage walked Artime Phelps, popular Luvdisc DJ, who waved to the crowd, pointing to a few of the ladies whom he’d gotten a chance to meet and get to know.
“Good evening,” he boomed in his deep, sultry voice to the crowd, “before I start lets hear it for Vendor Thrash jamming for us tonight!” the crowd roared their approval at the fact they had a band as big as that playing for them. The crowd soon died down as Artime looked down at his cards.
“Now’s the time everyone’s been waiting for, we’re going to announce the Home Coming Court. I want everyone to give it up as we bring the nominees up on stage. First up, the nominees for king!
“Zap Pikans!” the crowd clapped and a few cheered as the name was called and continued for each of the nominees, “Albrecht Arnaaluuk!” None were surprised as the Articuno Student Body President was called , “Mitch Tortelli!” This one drew some loud calls from the others in the Squirtle Squad as well as his date Charity Ruhk, “And Rene Vulpes!” for a moment the crowd fell silent at the unexpected announcement. Rene himself stood there dumfounded and not paying attention as that was the last thing he thought could happen. A moment later the crowd cheered again, though it was obvious that was more from the ladies, before Rene was pushed towards the stage by Nicolas Zuna. He walked up onto the stage in an almost daze before standing next to Mitch who slapped him on the shoulder in congratulations.
“Now for the candidates for queen. Nicole Blackclaw!” This choice surprised no one as she sauntered up towards the stage. While there were many who had it out for Nicole she also had her share of supporters and admirers. “Ishtar Nidolander!” the Jynx made her way up towards the stage as her date Weaver Hipnough whistled loudly for her, actually getting up some energy for something. “Tabitha Warren!” The Weavile made her up by jumping on top of the gathered students and crowd surfing up to it. “And Nicole Zuna!” Again there was a brief pause as no one expected the sophomore Nidoran to be called. It was her brother who got things going as Nicolas pushed her up towards the stage and drawing some cheers.
“Not that it matters,” Zap quietly said towards Nicole who stood beside him, “Like anyone can beat us,”
“What makes you so confident?” Nikki asked as if all this was almost a bother to her.
“I’m the captain of the Pokeball team and we won. Not to mention a stud,” He winked at the Meowth who just smirked, “And you’re alpha bitch, so why wouldn’t people vote for you?”
“I don’t know,” she shrugged nonchalantly, “But I wouldn’t be so confident if I were you,”
“What do you mean?” Zap asked, confused. Before he could get an answer Artime opened up the envelope.
“The Home Coming King is….” He stopped for a moment as if making sure what he was reading was correct, “Rene Vulpes!” Again silence hung in the auditorium before a loud whistle from Nicolas started the cheers for the Vulpix. Rene stood there looking like a Stantler caught in the headlights and unable to move. He hadn’t been expecting it and didn’t even want the honor, but here he was voted in as Home Coming King. Eventually he made his way out in a stunned daze towards the front of the stage where Artime shook his hand in congratulations and placed a crown on top of his head. He was barely conscious of his surroundings, doing everything in his power not to pass out right then and there. Zap continued to watch the Vulpix in shock at not having been selected.
“You had something to do with this didn’t you?” Zap hissed at Nicole who shrugged her shoulders.
“I don’t know what you’re talking about,” she said innocently as they begun the announcement for the queen next.
“And the Home Coming Queen is…” Artime boomed into the microphone, “Nicole Zuna!” This time the crowd didn’t hesitate and cheered loudly for the selection. The Nidoran looked about as stunned as Rene was though less willing to pass out. Steeling herself Nicole walked forward and accepted the crown before taking Rene’s arm, partially to help keep the Vulpix standing up right.
“Shouldn’t he have been the Queen?” Tidot asked Karon drawing a disbelieving shake of a head from the Marowak.
“Now the King and Queen will honor us with the royal dance,” the other members of the court left the stage, most congratulating the winners before leaving. Zap simply stormed off the stage still disbelieving that he hadn’t won the crown. Slowly Rene and Nicole made their way down to the gym floor in order to dance to the slow song that had started to play over the loudspeakers. The rest of the crowd gave the pair enough room to move, many of the ladies ‘Ahhing’ as the pair moved.
“You gonna be okay?” Nicole asked as the two slowly spun in a circle. She’d taken the lead in the dance since she wasn’t sure if Rene was going to be able to quite respond.
“If I pass out, make sure I don’t fall,” He said quietly to her, slowly regaining his composure as he focused on the dance rather than the staring crowd around him, “how did this happen?” He asked aloud.
“I don’t know…but I kinda like it,” Nicole admitted softly, finally drawing a smile from Rene who was now flushing deeply. The two continued to twirl around quietly, concentrating on the ‘mon before them rather than the staring eyes they knew were out there. Soon enough the song ended and Vendor Thrash came back out to stir up the crowd. The two disappeared into the crowd as it caved in around them and allowed the duo to escape out the back.
The night continued on without any major hitches as it turned into one of the better school dances in years. The band played longer than most of their shows and even mixed in a few slower covers so couples could get a chance at dancing with one another. To Lily’s credit no one did spike the punch despite several attempts, though the snacks were eventually wiped out as every one of them was eaten. Even the faculty sat back and enjoyed themselves once they knew they could relax a little, though they continued their game of seeing how many couples they could separate from getting a little to intimate. The entire night had gone well for the school, and it was something that everyone involved could take a great deal of pride in. Eventually the students went their own ways as dates were dropped off and those who went stag went to find something else to do.
“I had a lot of fun tonight, Quintin,” Hokori, Misdreavus leader of Team Nocturne told her date.
“I’m glad to hear it, Hokori,” Quintin, Cyndaquil Monk, said with a smile. He looked over her shoulder a few times, drawing a quizzical look from the ghost.
“What is it, Quintin?” She asked before realizing what it must be he’s scared of.
“He’s uhh, not…” the He Quintin refered to was Hokori’s rather protective father. Hokori smiled before responding by leaning in to kiss him deeply. Quintin let himself fall into the kiss and closed his eyes, enjoying the warm embrace. Slowly she pulled back and opened the door the shrine she lived in.
“I’ll talk to you soon,” she winked and disappeared behind the door. Quintin smiled and waved in response, waiting for the door to shut before turning and making his way away from the shrine. He’d had a wonderful night too, and didn’t want to ruin it by sticking around to long and facing the wrath of an over protective father. Just another wonderful day for your average student at the PokeCombat Academy of Higher Learning.

The Orre Invasion idea was in honor of your love of the Beetles. ;) I figure the biggest band out of it was The Heracross.
As far as Vince and Eddie they had a perfectly wonderful evening together that contained lots of dancing, people saying Eddie's suit was nicer, and a good night kiss at the end. Awwwww.

Very nicely done! I love how the school's surfer crowd can hold an entire conversation with just one word.
And I also love how Eddie's in full James Bond mode, too. You can bet that this time around, he's gonna make sure that things don't end with him sulking outside with Anthony. ;)

Awesome story, VJ! :D And thank you for working Magnum in ^^ You were spot on with him. :)
(Magnum):"You're ok, you're ok, you... didn't you graduate 2 years ago?"
(Random Mon):"What? No! I totally go here! Yeah! I'm uh.. in that Warrior's..uh... Lung class!"
(Magnum):*GLARE*
(Mon):"...I'm going. o_o"
Lucky missed out on the Dude-ness. Poor guy probably took a nap and slept right through the dance.. much to the dismay of McShane.

Thanks. Yeah, Eli was one of the ones that I had trouble with and that's one reason he has so few lines, but I wanted to include him and Flo. I hope I wasn't stepping over bounds to say he'd taught her some tribal dances and what not.
And Urban Warrior...a Warrior in an Urban area. I'll assure you it's a compliment for him. ^^

Ah, I thought it was a reference to his origins, not his current location, and he was from the Safari Zone, furthest you can get from anything Urban.
But yeah, with what little info you had, you did fantastically. Twofeather would OK their dances, as the only two Eli knew (The Brave Dance and the Courtship Dance) would be acceptable to show to outsiders. and a minor nitpick, Eli isn't officially adopted by the Swiftfoot Tribe- they offered, but he respectfully declined, knowing it would lead to war between them and his Clan. Twofeather still insisted upon being his bloodbrother, though.

Ho-lee. o.o Man, there's gonna be some bad blood between a certain Raichu and Vulpix for a while. I shudder to think of Rene's next locker-stuffing. c.c Fantastic job getting so many characters in there!
Okay, ugh, crap, I'm gonna have to get in on the Spring Breakage, I think. Everything's happening all at once!
Okay, ugh, crap, I'm gonna have to get in on the Spring Breakage, I think. Everything's happening all at once!
I also think she's more than happy to be the #1 Fight and #1 team in school- she doesn't need any more public edification- that, and the fact that she could rig the selection so effortlessly means she could be queen if she ever cared to be- which, I think, to her, is even better.
Hm, exert some undue "influence" on the voting in order to show up and embarrass Zap in retaliation for that whole "Stella" thing? Nah, she'd never do something like that
Fun story, I have something I'm working on for the Spring Break thing, I may have forgotten to mention that. Some of my neglected guys need some love.

Thats quite a shock to see in the early morning. Thanks for the smile. I am honored to hear she got the crown.
