This character has existed in my head for awhile, going through a couple transformations before her debut appearance in my Sandstalker story, going from a fairly serious heroine named Gaia Strike or some other corny rubbish name (names are my Achilles heel as a writer) to the screwball you saw in "In My Scope." Put into my scraps till I make a decision on her personality but basically she's a cross between Bayonetta and a cartoon character.

Occupation: Registered superheroine with the Australian Metabeing Affairs Bureau, former acrobat with Circus Erotica.

Appearance: Brown furred fox with a fur pattern typical of her species; limbs end in five digit appendages and pedigrade feet. Body type is fairly muscular, with much of her muscle mass concentrated below the waist in the thigh and calve muscles due to genetics and an active lifestyle with several hobbies that demand significant lower body strength. Breast size is a fairly average-looking high-C or low-D.

Costume: Cherry red leotard with matching ankle-length boots and elbow-length gloves based loosely off her old circus outfit. Fabric is armored but cut to be fairly tight, particularly around the waist.
When pragmatism has to give way though, she is capable of summoning and shaping a suit of “rock armor” around her body based off of whatever the environment can provide. Just because she likes to show off doesn’t mean she’s stupid after all.

Personality: An outgoing extrovert with an open exhibitionist streak, Uproot is in some regards the very paragon of the stereotype more progressive vixens hate about themselves… and loves every minute of it. Playful and cheerful, the vixen is the kind of person who exudes a certain kind sexual prowess in everything she does. If she has one flaw, it’s that she has a tendency to make others self-conscious about themselves. It’s not something she does intentionally; indeed she actually feels like she has more in common with more “plush” women then her fellow jocks. After all, practically all the girls built like her are on the “flabulous” side of things anyway.

Likes: Beaches, showing off for an audience, her body.
Dislikes: Feminists, hypocritical women, “lunkheads” and the stereotypes that surround them.

Abilities/Skills: As her job history suggests, she is an exceptional acrobat and a good climber, two skills that continue to be useful in her new profession. Her people skills are surprisingly good, particularly when it comes to reading a crowd and knowing the “right” thing to say or do to get a positive reaction. This often makes her the “face” of her assigned team despite her scandalous past history.
Outside of either of her jobs, she is an avid cyclist and swimmer, both sports making good use of her exceptionally well-developed legs. And while she lacks the qualifications to be a licensed physical trainer and her kangaroo cohorts are subjected to different standards due to their abilities, sometimes Impact and Turbine turn to her when they need a little help preparing for their bi-annual physical.

Powers: Uproot is a mutant with potent earth and plant control powers, both power sets bring unique advantages and drawbacks to her battles.
· Earth Control:
o Tremor Sense: Can sense all objects or persons within a range of about fifteen feet as long as they are in direct contact with the ground (so she could sense a table but not what’s on it.) Flying, levitating, or otherwise not touching the ground negates this ability.
o Can telekinetically manipulate up to a hundred pounds of rocks and soil, the amount of stress and difficulty directly proportionate to how much she’s trying to manipulate and how complex the manipulation is.
o Matter Shaping: Can break down and reform rocks, soil, and minerals (but not refined metals) to whatever shape she desires. Cannot change its molecular composition (marble is still marble) or alter its mass in any way.
· Plant Control:
o Animate: Can animate up to a hundred pounds of plant matter to behave in unnatural ways, a real crowd-pleaser when she was with the Circus Erotica. Strain dependent on mass and the precision on her manipulations.
o Manipulation: Can accelerate plant growth, reverse it, or induce minor characteristic changes (like increased fruit size.) Her weakest area with either power, knows how to do the basics but no match for a true botanist like Cornucopia or Bonsai.
o Weakness: No plant matter (or seeds to generate her own), no plant manipulation.
