My new OC, a Vargas from Dragon Ball Multiverse. She's one of the many, many staff members who oversees the tournament, but she wants to fight as well. Unfortunately, the combatants are all waaay out of their league. So, she uses her position to study their techniques.
The sketch already existed in my scraps, so I tried to finish her, only to remember that Colors 3D sucks at shading. >:-/
