Those, who don't knew..
Dinosaur Planet was a game originally planned for the Nintendo 64 being developed by Rare. The game itself was cancelled and reworked into Star Fox Adventures.
Originally, the game had nothing to do with the Star Fox series and was intended to be a stand-alone title. According to an interview with Shigeru Miyamoto ( dude, who created StarFox. ), he had noticed the striking similarities between the game's characters and those of Star Fox and so the decision was made for the game to become part of Star Fox as a launch title for the Nintendo GameCube.

I still kind of wish that this game came out instead of Star Fox Adventures. Admittingly, I liked Star Fox Adventures. It wasn't the best game, mind you, but it was a good game. Save for all the flaws it had, but it still kinda holds up to me. Probably because I'm an idiot, but who knows.
