This is the first boss you fight in Monster World IV, and...uhh I guess she's some sort of caterpillar or centipede monster girl or something? Being the first boss in the game she's ridiculously easy to fight, but she's got a pretty cool design.

The only references I had of her were her in-game sprites as no official art exists (there weren't even any concept sketches of her in the Monster World Complete Collection on PS2). I did deviate from the in-game design a little bit by making her lower half one segment longer (though it may not be easy to notice), and I made her veil a bit smaller than what's seen on the sprites because I wanted to show her with an evil smirk. Despite the frustration from lack of references I'm happy to have finally given her the first piece of fanart.

This is also the first thing I've done in Paint Tool SAI, and I have to say it's about bloody time I've started using it.
