Here's something from a game that I'm hoping to start work on in earnest soon - I was just doodling around in Paint.NET and somehow this mouse came out of it. Perhaps I've suddenly learned how to sprite.
At the moment, his name is Todo the Tea-mouse, and he'll be the star of an action-adventure Dizzy/Tombi-like platform game. And he has the most adorable bouncy ears :)

They do bounce quite well. And I like his simplistic design. The shading on his ears and hands seems a little awkward compared to his face, but they're so small you really can't do much with them detail wise. I imagine it'll be fine in the final version, quite a cute little character.
