plus if the underarmor of the suit was "kevlar" it would weigh so much his scrawny ass couldnt even move :P

They have Kevlar in real life that is light and designed to resist knifes, it's meant to be worn under a bulletproof vests that's handed out to prison guards... Not to mention he's from the Star Wars universe... I think with their level of technology the could have made knife resistant materials that are light and comfortable.

common sense tells you, that the weakest part of your armor, would be the joints, which would arguably need a thin and flexible material.

Kevlar is extremely thick, and stiff, if it wasnt it would be useless.

And a dagger, not a pocketknife, is designed specially to cut/stab one point.
