Well, some buffs won't help since he was down there to begin with. He needs a huge concept rework because it's just impossible to play with a short skill shot stun that needs to be leveled on a god that requires the other side to be CC'd to work.
And yeah, Hi-rez makes stupid decision most of the time. Most MOBA dev seems to do that. (especially Riot and Hi-rez. Value Dota2 powerlevel is actually in a good spot atm)

Well, IMHO I don't think that Riot does that much of stupid decisions. Okay, they overdid it with rework Master Yi now, but they finally fixed Nasus and they are repairing this and that. Dota after 100 Games was not that fun for me anymore as I don't like this broken OP vs broken OP and the snowballing, losing gold on death and all that crap. I am quite happy what Riot made out of Dota and improved it to another, IMO better game.
