I actually hadn't heard of him until now. However, after reading a bit about him, it seems perhaps he has been an influence, if only indirectly.

Interesting you would draw a sequel to that picture. I was just looking at it the other day. I like how this is turning out though

Thank you. I have actually been trying to develop the knight's story for some time. Unfortunately, I can't seem to get the ideas to work.

What was the wizards motivation for removing him in the first place (and that order of knights)?

The wizard had no interest in the Knights of the Silent Guardian. However, the knights believed he had abused his power and were trying to stop him. The wizard was not amused.

Hmm, that's not at all what I was expecting. There are other knights then? I thought kitty here was the last one?

Well, the story has changed a couple times.

He was indeed the last. The order was never very large, and none survived their first attack on the wizard. Only our unfortunate hero was away on other business at the time. When he returned and found his brethren defeated he foolishly went after the wizard himself.

The actual story happens years after the fall of the order. What happened to the knight? Why are there goblins after him? What has the wizard been planning? What the heck is the Silent Guardian, anyway? Those questions are the basis of the story... at the moment.

I am glad to talk about it. It really helps me straighten things out in my mind.
