Yep! Was tooling around with Magic Set editor and one of my favorite pictures of my fursona, and came up with this for a Silent Hill themed planes walker! I've never actually tried to make a planes walker before. I've made creatures, spells, enchantments, artifacts, lands, but never one of these, so it might be imbalanced/under powered.
As I said, this is a Silent Hill themed planes walker, so the abilities reflect off of the series.
The +1 ability is going off of how the main character's presence draws the monsters of Silent Hill to them, with the loss of life representing how these sorts of things start to wear people down.
The -2 is where I wasn't sure to go with it, but after bouncing ideas with people, it seemed right. To represent the more personalized nasties of Silent Hill taking their toll on someone. The loss of life or discarding representing how they let their fear feed it, or by denying it, you lose part of yourself, which is represented by the milling effect.
What game would be Silent Hill without it's token huge unstoppable murder monster? They're all for the most part pretty genuinely awesome. I felt like I'd just be cheating myself if I didn't include it SOMEHOW in this card. Robbi's -8 ultimate ability gives you one big monstrous smashy guy that would be proper intimidating! My personal concerns on it are that it might be too OP for it's cost, which I'd balance by adding an upkeep cost to it, or increasing the amount of loyalty needed to use it, or tweak it's power and toughness. Another option would be to nix the ability entirely in favor of a different ultimate, and just make that into a separate card entirely.
Some alternate ultimates I considered would be one with a big milling ability which gave you creatures or some type of benefit proportionate to the number of cards milled, but I felt like it'd be too Jace-esq'.
The next one I considered was something pertaining to the macguffin "The Seal of Metatron" which would give an emblem which would make the player unable to lose, and other players unable to win, but it'd have a cost any player could pay to remove the emblem, and if the emblem was removed, the controlling player died. That one I might make into like an artifact of sorts, cause I kind of like the idea.
The final alternate idea would be to make it sort of a "Wish" ability, sort of like Death Wish but with a bigger cost beyond just loyalty. Obviously there would be the loss of life, but I was thinking of something akin to a mixture of Death Wish and Gift's Ungiven. The ability would be essentially, remove your library and hand from the game, take five cards you own from outside the game and seperate them into two piles, the opponent chooses one for you to put into your hand, the others are exiled. That was more to play on the desperation and spiralling madness the characters went through in the Silent Hill series. The idea was scrapped when I brought up the idea of the big monster summoning bit.

Planeswalker - Robin
+1: All players put a 1/1 black horror creature token with fear onto the battlefield and then lose 1 life.
-2: Choose target player. That player must put the top five cards of his or her library into his or her graveyard, or put a 4/1 black horror creature token onto the battlefield with fear and “At the beginning of your upkeep discard a card or lose 2 life.”
-8: Put an indestructible legendary 13/13 black Horror creature token with fear and shroud named The Bogeyman onto the battlefield.
Starting Loyalty: 3
If this can be fine tuned, I might make an entire Silent Hill themed set, with iconic weapons showing up as equip cards, the ghosts from Silent Hill: The Room, etc.

I would probably drop the power on the tokens from the -2 ability. Unblockable 4/1 with small drawback is like four or five mana in black/blue (see "Moroi") , and given that you could play Robin and immediately make one even if Robin dies the turn after, thats pretty damn powerful :o I'd make it a 3/1 and just make the drawback "at the beginning of your upkeep lose on life" if you wanted to make it balanced, but that does take away from the flavour (which is why it's awesome) so I wouldn't worry too much c:
It's not entirely unblockable :o Fear is only unblockable to black and artifact, so they could chump block and still kill it with the little horror dudes from the first ability. Someone reworded the -2 to say:
'Choose target player. That player must put the top five cards of his or her library into his or her graveyard, or put a 4/1 black horror creature token into play with fear and “At the beginning of your upkeep discard a card or lose 2 life.”'
I think thats more in flavor of what I had in mind, making them choose between losing options from their library, or having the powerful but costly creature that will steadily drain you. I was honestly worried the ultimate is what would have people being all WTF IS THIS D:< and rioting in the streets

Yuh, Fear works fine, but if I used Robin I'd probably target myself with the -2 to get the creatures myself to wahck people with. If you want to make other people choose I'd make it "choose target opponent. That player must...". If you did I'd probably up the drawback on the token it makes rather than make it smaller, cause then its more of a tough choice. A 4/1 creature thats mostly unblockable but drains you every turn would probably be the choice every time for me if I got targeted :o
The ultimate is strong, but every planeswalker's ultimate is like absurdly powerful (think tamiyo, elspeth etc). Most of the time they don't even go off, and given you need to protect Robin for 3/4 turns to use it, its gonna be hard to do. I like the idea of it but I would probably do it a bit differently, like: "-8: put an indestructible legendary 1/10 black horro token named "The boogeyman" into play. This token has "whenever this creature deals combat damage to a creature or player, destroy that creature or that player loses the game." The 13/13 is a nice number for the whole silent hill thing, but I sorta like the idea of an unkillable boss monster that kills anything it touches and the deahtouch sorta ability works quite well for that c:
Just an idea though, I love what you did with the card idea already! <3

To be fair, I've been playing card/board games most of the day and lugging heavy furniture/boxes for the rest. I've used up all my good material for the year. All I have left is the sort of stuff that seems high-larious right around 3am at your average gaming con, when everyone is running on caffeine fumes and semi-digested Doritos.
