Well, if you wish to think like that than do so but I actually agree with you. I thought the same thing honestly when I first saw the pic. The situation is just far more on the cute side of things and the visible wetness kinda makes it a little...fetishy I guess.
I've got absolutely nothing against wet diapers in general (obviously, shown by my gallery, lol) but I think in certain pics, particularly like this one, they could be done away with since the diaper aspect isn't really supposed to be the focus here.

Generally I would agree but in this instance I trust Wen to make it look natural and subtle and adorable, not Bright Yellow ^^ And a wonderful job was done indeed! He's an adorable innocent cub who just happens to be wet, I don't feel the wet diaper is the first thing noticed, unless (see below...)
Also - for those who are going on about the innocence of the cub - why are you looking at his crotch? :)
