This is an extremely gorgeous piece, and I love how even though they aren't the main focus and are blurred, the background is extremely detailed and varied. I read the commissioners writing (haha, that's actually what brought me here!) and it adds even more to the emotion of the piece.

I live two miles from the blast site, scared the heck out of me.... At first I thought it was just really loud thunder but when I saw it broke some of our windows.... I knew something was up. I went outside and saw the dust cloud, thats when I knew the fertilizer plant went up in flames. The cloud actually went over our house.
