Ok Finally I finished!!!
After I did the Line art and Flat colors in SAI I moved it over to photoshop for the Glow effect but then almost pulled my hair as you can't use photoshop FX in SAI so I continued to do EVERYTHING in photoshop from that point on x_x; damn ... Well It came out pretty good.... but I could have done better =w=
Anywho....
This is Kira's Ascension form, In this form she is MUCH stronger and is more attuned with her mana. She is able to manipulate ice much more effectively and has unlimited mana in this form. However... She can only stay in this from for so long and after using this form her body will become very fatigued. She can increase how long she can stay in the form with meditation, Training physically and mentally, and mana practice.
Vant has a form that functions in the same way Kira's form does, except with light magic.
