Bio: Lex T-026 is the first pokemon to have been accepted into the Blackhand. Reason for his acceptance may stem to his owner being Anton Slavik. Lex has been through extensive training and with his strong will power he managed to comeplete his training and pass all physical examinations which declared him fit to be in the Blackhand.
Like most Blackhand Infantry he was trained to use the Blackhand's trademark weapon, the Flamethrower. Being that he is a Raichu and is alot smaller than a human we had to design a specialized version of the Flamethrower to fit him. We created a small arm mounted muzzle with a nozzle tilted sligthy upwards so he won't get burned from the strong flames. We also fitted him with some armour, his helmet had to be open around his cheeks as the material inside the armour would block his electric attacks but we managed to fashion a helemt that fit and exposed his cheeks for his attacks.
Lex is a true believer of the Brotherhood, he follows Kane's vision like the rest of us and he will do anything he can to help bring the vision closer. He is very loyal to those he is friends with and to the Brotherhood.
Lex also has had a successful Tiberium Infusion, increasing his strenght and abilities by 25% and also has made him imune to Tiberium. Lex could also be a danger to himself as if his Electrical power is similar to that of a Lightening Storm then his Thunder Attacks could become Ion Attacks as Tiberium in the atmosphere affects electrical storms turning them into Ion Storms but it will depend on the level of Tiberium in the atmosphere. If the same applies to his attacks then his attacks will be amplified ten times over as they will be come Ion Energy and become unstable with the lightlyhood to explode on contact. Thinking about this we have told Lex about the possibility of this and also taught him to relie on his Flamethrower in Yellow or Red Zones but if he has to use his electrical power then he is to be careful on how much he uses and how strong.
