ahaha i am happy with this. i randomly crapped this character out of my hat. he's simple, but i'll develop him more soon.

he's a sewer rat, who scavenges dumps, garbage cans, etc.
"king of filth" is sort of a nickname, given to him by other creatures around the city.
his teeth are poison, some rotten, but they can grow back quickly (like most rodents). they can easily poison another creature with tetanus. his claws can do the same, but aren't as strong.
his metal "crown" are spikes that were lodged into his skull (by will)
his right eye was clawed out in a fight.
he's an insomniac.
he has various scars around his body, and one around his eye that's almost always raw.
